All payment methods on are provided by our payment providers Unzer E-Com GmbH and Unzer Luxembourg S.A.. All of the data is transmitted via SSL-encryption and credit card transactions can only be accepted through SET (Secure Electronic Transactions).

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you want to ship?

We ship all orders with our logistics partner UPS.

Once your order has been carefully packed and delivered to UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Here you can find your tracking number which gives you the option to check the status of your shipment.

For all shipments: On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there are no processings and delivery on your order. If an item is unexpectedly, despite your order carried out, even not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time will be extended accordingly, we will inform you separately.

For all international orders: Shipping costs do not include duty, taxes or other fees in your country.


Within the European Union

By EU-Law, we offer a 14 days return policy, which means that you have the ability to send your order back to us within 14 days. Counting from the day that you received them to your address. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and you will be given a full refund of the order if the items are in the same condition as when you received them.

International Orders

The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exlusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union.
