Yes. If you would like to get new glasses with us or simply new lenses for your previous glasses, we will be happy to offer you an eye examination so that you are provided with your latest prescription.

Most orders take between 1-14 days. Please contact the respective store directly to find out when your glasses are ready.

We have already enclosed a revocation form for all intra-German orders. Here you can download our cancellation form. Please enclose this with every return.

According to EU law, we offer you a 14-day right of return. This means that you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving. Within this period, you do not have to give any reasons for the return and will receive a full refund if the goods are returned in perfect condition. The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

All orders to Germany are with free return. We have already enclosed a return label of the delivery to your order.

The exchange of items is not possible with us for logistical reasons. If you don't like an item, just send it back to us. After receipt by us, we’ll refund the item. In the meantime, you are welcome to order another item.

The offer in our physical stores as well as in our online shop is different. For this reason, the online shop does not reflect our offer in the shops.

Unfortunately, no. Our employees in the store do not have the possibility to access the online stock. If you want to try on a certain pair of glasses in one of our stores, please write us an email to see if they are available there.
